All self-serve plans are billed monthly. Your billing period starts on the day you activate your plan, and you're charged at the beginning of each cycle.
Self-serve plans have a hard cap -- once you hit your limit, API calls return a 429 status until your next billing period. Enterprise plans support overage billing at a per-record rate.
Each plan includes a concurrent job limit (shown on the card). Within that limit, you can make as many requests as you like. There are no per-minute or per-hour rate limits.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and your remaining balance is prorated.
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can also be invoiced with net-30 payment terms.
